On November 20-22, 2017, the leading scientific worker of Shamakhy Astrophysical Observatory named after Nasreddin Tusi, PhD in physics and mathematics Jammammad Rustamov attended an international event organized by UN in Vienna, Austria.

The scientist made a report entitled “Organization of Astrotourism in Shamakhy Astrophysics Observatory”on the topic of propagation of astronomy among the masses of the population, organization of astrotourizm in observatories, strengthening of interest to this science in secondary school students and high school pupils.

The report was welcomed by the event participants and the questions were answered.
